WE ARE IN!!!

We received word tonight that we are in IBESR! Yeah ! Read below to understand what that means. :)

Hello to All:

We received word tonight that our file was finally submitted to the IBESR (Haitian Social Services). This was great news as we have been waiting since Feb for that. We are certainly praying that God will miraculously speed things up in Haiti and bring the boys home soon. We are also able to rest in the fact that His timing is perfect - and He always knows exactly what we need when we need it. This dose of encouragement tonight was just what I needed. So we press on. We are trying to get to Haiti in July for the parent trip - we have stumbled upon some road blocks to that so we are intensely seeking what God wants for us to do. The fact that we could be holding our boys 1 month from now gives me butterflies and goosebumps.:) Titus is 6 months tomorrow...Silas is 20 months now. After a couple of roller coaster moments these last few months, Noel and I are celebrating that this is what God wants for our family. We will do everything we can possibly do to get these boys home safely and get them healthy. I am willing to bet that you will see some major life accomplishments through these boys as they become men of God. Below is a timeline that the Orphanage puts out for the stages we have yet to go through. Right now in Haiti, adoptions have been very slow after the IBESR stage and people are having trouble getting passports for their children. We hope that will be resolved by the time we get to that stage of the process.

Here is my blog link for future updates....I will only email the BIG news:) tuglor.blogspot.com. Feel free to forward the link to other people interested in international adoption. I haven't posted much yet - but will eventually.
Thank you all for your love, encouragement, and support.
Lori ~ Noel
and our precious 3 ~ Lily, Silas, and Titus

Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is FAITHFUL.
