Going to Haiti tomorrow

I get to see Silas tomorrow!!! I fly to Fort Lauderdale this morning then on to Haiti with our travel group of parents tomorrow morning. I can't wait to just sit and play with him. I will get to spend my birthday with him - throwing him a birthday party. Lily wrapped all his presents yesterday. I am taking twinkies for his birthday cake and as Lily instructed I also have party hats and balloons.
It will be great to see Silas...also a hard trip to not have Titus with me at the hotel as before. I will also be seeing his empty crib at the Orphanage. I am taking several framed pictures of him for the nannies and some special gifts for them as well. I think it will bring me some peace to see them and thank them again for loving him.
I will try to post as soon as I can on Wednesday to let you know how Silas is doing. Please pray for Silas and I - and for Noel and lily at home:)
Love to all
lori
