Hello Everyone
We have had a great week. Easter weekend was pretty low key - we went Church Saturday night, then had dinner with friends on Easter Sunday complete with an egg hunt outside. Lots of fun. I wanted to share a sweet story about Lily from over the weekend.
One night last weekend Noel and I were kneeling by Lily's bed as we do most nights - she was praying...always a sweet time. With all the talk about Easter she was full of questions...she stopped in the middle of her prayer to ask me, "why did God die on the cross, Mom?" and then shortly after my answer - "is God in every one's heart?" She is so special and I praise God for the opportunity to give answers to her questions. She then prayed for a long time for each of her extended family members, friends, teachers, neighbors, and asked Jesus to please take care of her brothers - then at the end of the prayer she said, "and Jesus - thanks for Hannah Montana, she rocks!" WHAT???? Noel and I were rolling. I didn't even know she knew who Hannah Montana was? (for those of you that don't - a very popular teenage music star) Lily is so full of life and just seems to embrace every day...I admire her so much for all she endured in her little life at the beginning and the way she loves. I am blessed to be her MOM.
NOW, if we could just get the boys home. No news this week. Please pray for them and this process every time you think of us. Life is not wasted in the waiting. God is good to us. I just long to see our 3 children in the same place, playing together and enjoying each other. Trusting God for that day.
The new slide show is from some pics I took on Thursday. It was beautiful here - we met Daddy at the local dairyette for lunch - and ice cream for lily:) Most of the pics are of lily in a field of daffodils by the park.
We are off to Tulsa in a minute to my twin sisters house:) It is Abby's 6th bday party today - then a double date tonight for the grown ups:) Noel and I celebrate our 12 year anniversary on Sunday! I am blessed!

precious prayer! emma did that one night, very sweet and spiritual then prayed for our friend payton, (our dog) and thanked Jesus that mommy was the boss of our house. sean and i were dying!;) precious pics! she's a beauty! happy anniversary and have a fun weekend!
Oh my gosh. I love the Hannah Montana prayer. So funny.
So sweet!! She probably learned about Hannah Montanna from Kristin, who thinks she IS Hannah Montanna!! I love those sweet, innocent prayers!
