Hello Everyone
First, we want to say thank you to everyone who has supported us in this journey. It is absolutely surreal to be sitting in a hotel room right now in the US with Silas. He is so fun. Last night we got to the hotel around 9pm after going through customs and immigration and some more paperwork that confirms Silas as a US citizen. It was exciting to get to the hotel and watch Silas ride on the elevator and walk on carpet for the first time:) Now we are going to the beach with our friends, the Fullerton's, who adopted Emma at the same time we adopted Lily.
It was so sad to say goodbye to Louis - and hard to sleep last night thinking about him. I will write more about the end of our trip later. Just wanted to post some pictures for everyone:)
Thanks again.
God is good.
For all of us,
lori

thanks for the update...enjoy the beach! :)
Lori and Noel,
Praise the Lord...back in the USA with your Silas! I know how very excited you must be! At the same time, I know how hard it must have been to leave Louis! My heart aches for you! In His time he will make all things beautiful! How special that you got to spend time with Louis this week! Can't wait to hear more as you get time!
Sally
I am so happy that you finally have Silas with you forever but at the same time I can't imagine the hurt and emptiness you are feeling without Louis. May God continue to comfort all of you. We are continuing with the prayers and can't wait until your family is complete.
Hugs,
Mandi

I am so happy Silas is home, what a miracle! I forget what your timeline is for Louis, where is he in process?
