Another Mom friend wrote me about Silas yesterday - thought I would share. She went with some of the staff to the orphanage to do updates for the parents that were not able to go to Haiti this time. Sounds like Silas had a big time while they were there.
Have a great day!

Silas looked great! I didn't get to see him walk. Most of the time we were hanging out he was sitting and I really didn't notice how he had gotten himself there. When we arrived at the orphanage he was sitting on the chair in the front entrance area. Lindsay swooped him up and gave him hugs and kisses. Then she put him back in the chair with an oversized bag of fruit loops cereal. He immediately opened up the top and began munching away. He ate for several minutes while we started updates. Later he came to the door and sat with us for a long time while we weighed and measured the kids. I was talking with him and tickling him on and off for four hours. Right before we left he was giving me kisses on the cheek. He really looked great.
